You know what you're gonna get in such a hotel from the moment you book and there are no surprises, good or bad. Central location with friendly staff. Overall good room and relatively good price for Brussels, and I would return to the hotel.

Very easy to access, very close to the town center and Brussels central station. Minimal inside, but OK for a one or two night trip. Bathroom very clean. Shower very roomy; creative architecture to make the most out of scarce place, and allows for a big shower. Pleasantly surprised by this first experience in EasyHotel. I prefer EasyHotel (where I will return) to EasyJet (which I always try to avoid). Reception staff very friendly.

Could not fault this hotel. I was worried given we were looking at the lower end of the budget however what a pleasant surprise. Very clean, very comfortable and very safe. Central location with a short walking distance to everywhere- Town Hall, Bruxelles - Centraal train station, restaurants etc. Even a self service laundry within 90 metres. Staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. We thought it was noisy until we shut the windows then all noise disappeared - a trick for new players. block out curtains were amazing, we slept right through the night beyond what we wanted to. Thank you for a great 5 night stay.

Clean, centrally located. Good value for money, easy hotel gets very specific elements just right. AC was nice and cold, bed was firm and comfortable, shower pressure was strong. Lighting was modern and mood lighting could be set. Plenty of sockets and outlets to charge phone/tablet/headphones. Curtains darken the room. Handy vending machine also in the foyer with snacks which makes for a quick easy cheap on the run breakfast. It’s not a ‘luxury’ hotel, but it is very comfortable, clean and practical. I stayed at Easyhotel in Dublin and in now in Brussels and I would be inclined to stay at Easyhotel in Europe in future

Good location within easy walking distance of central station and key tourist areas/ attractions. Room was clean and functional but sized to match the price, as a solo traveller it was more than adequate. Staff friendly and approachable, vending machine in reception dispensing both food and drink plus other travel items such as toiletries and covid test kits!

The location is perfect , located in the center ?close to everything and the metro . The staff was very friendly and they were helpful a lot .The room was clean. I definitely recommend for a few days stay . The place is quiet even for the center ,we got a good sleep .

Upon checking in, I forgot my phone in the cab. I informed the am shift man on the front desk about what happened . Without hesitation, he handled the scary situation very swiftly. Because of his great customer service, I would recommend this hotel. Also ,the location is very close to the main center of the square.. The hotel was amazingly clean. As a hotel employee myself, I would say you would not be disappointed. Again, kudos to the am agent with retrieving my phone for me. I am forever grateful for your kindness.

The location was excellent, just a short walk from Grand Place and the central station. Everything was set up to be simple and convenient - essentials were provided, room was quiet, beds were comfortable. Early check in and last day luggage storage were available at a small extra cost. Concierge was helpful and even lent us a screwdriver to fix my friend's suitcase. This is not the hotel to choose if you want luxury, but if you're on a budget then it has all you need.

Fantastic area. Staff always friendly. We could leave luggage on last day after check out and pick up later before our flight. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. We were only using the room as a base and it was very suitable for what we needed.

Location is easy enough to get to, near a bus stop from the main train terminus. It's pretty much what it says on the packet - it's an Easy branded hotel so the basics are done very well. Room was accessible, near the lift and did what we needed. Bed was a little smaller than we like, but more space around the bed for a chair.
